Calling all fans of the proverbial Toke and Spoke!
Come on out to the first annual (maybe) Pot Shop Poker Run, an alleycat-style bike "race" that will take you to a number of the finest cannabis purveyors in all of Seattle!
After leaving 2020 Cycle at 20th and Union at 4:20 PM (of course) on August 2nd, 2019, (sign-ups starting around 3:30) riders will have the option of visiting up to 7, count 'em 7, recreational cannabis shops in town. At each stop, they will be dealt a playing card, to assemble a poker hand to be "played" at the end of the race.
Best hand wins one of the prizes, as will also, fastest times--men's, ladies, and masters divisions--and DFL, of course, among probably some other categories.
$4.20 suggested donation (round up to $5.00 for a donation to Planned Parenthood)
Shops currently on board and/or being solicited: Ponder, Ganja Goddess, Pot Shop Seattle, Ruckus, Hashtag Recreational Cannabis, Herban Legends, and Lux Pot Shop.
Purchasing an item at up to two of the shops earns a replacement card; trade your receipt for the new card.

Twenty-one years of age and over only, obviously.After-party at Bill's Off-Broadway starting about 6:00PM; show up then (or later) if you're too stoned to race or if your boss won't let you out early on a Friday!
